Heidi Evelyn’s New Orleans Jazz band features some of the most prominent musicians in the vintage jazz community. This is a rare opportunity to hear the full-sized band play authentic New Orleans-style hot jazz, paying tribute to musicians such as Jelly Roll Morton, King Oliver and Louis Armstrong. Heidi Evelyn brings together a blend of New Orleans musicians and Bay Area natives to offer a unique, exciting music and dance experience.
Dance instructors will give a short lesson before the band plays, and there will be dance performances during the band breaks.
