Join us for a vibrant night of dynamic music as IndiviDúo joins forces with Razteria. A husband and wife singer/songwriting pair, IndiviDúo artfully translates their talent into songs that take the listener on a journey that is special, cosmopolitan and as eclectic and joyful as the two themselves. They will be performing with their full band for this show. San Francisco Bay Area artist Razteria creates multilingual pop music with vocals reminiscent of HER and Sade, electronic elements of Grymes, grooves of Steel Pulse and latin vibe of Natty Peluso. Razteria uses music to describe the spectrum of profound emotions and experiences we have in life, exploring a wide diversity in styles and soundscapes.
The evening will celebrate the release of Razteria’s brand new alt-Latin album, Tocar las Estrellas (Touch the Stars), which debuted on March 20th. Tocar las Estrellas (Touch the Stars) dips into multiple genres offering a complex look at world music across the decades. Resonating sounds of acid rock, alternative R&B, 90’s Ska, and reggaeton, the album showers listeners with spectrums of emotion, exploring life challenges, living in the present, and love. Smooth vocals over beds of guitar driven music bring a modern twist to throwbacks from the 1980s through 2000s.
Also featured this evening will be dancers from Brazilian dance troupe, Amor do Samba. You won’t want to miss these beautiful, high energy, classically trained sambistas.
