Cornejo was born in Riverside, California. He endured a breakup in middle school that provided inspiration for songwriting and taught himself how to play the guitar by watching tutorials on YouTube. The first song he learned was Ritchie Valens’ version of “La Bamba”.[1] His earliest music inspirations include T3R Elemento, Grupo Los de la O and Natanael Cano.
