We are excited to host our 42nd Annual Juneteenth in the Park Festival for our community where we celebrate our legacy, our resilience, and our freedom through community, music, dancing, food, education, and so much more. This year’s theme is Juneteenth Homecoming: Our Culture, Our Freedom, Our Future. For the first time in our festival’s history we will celebrate Juneteenth with the FAMU Marching 100!
42ND JUNETEENTH HOMECOMING With Headliner K. Michelle
Since her aptly titled debut album, Rebellious Soul, K. Michelle has consistently offered her fansher pain, her desires, her challenges, and her love without a filter …and she’s ok with that. Foralmost a decade K. Michelle has been a vocalist whose imprint and contribution to R&B is inalignment with not only her influences but singers whose artistry has the ability to connect to thelistener’s soul. K. Michelle’s body of work is a testament to her experiences over time and asonic journal that has chronicled her growth. Past aside, she is presently poised to speak herlatest truth on her self proclaimed last R&B project, I’m the Problem.
