Join the San Jose community for the 44th Annual Juneteenth in the Streets Festival, a dynamic and powerful celebration of Black freedom, culture, and creativity. Held in the heart of downtown’s SoFA District, this free outdoor festival brings together music, art, food, and education to honor the legacy of Juneteenth and celebrate African American heritage.
The event features live performances by local musicians and dancers, including a headline set by R&B artist Mario. Stroll through a vibrant marketplace filled with Black-owned businesses, handcrafted goods, and cultural food vendors. Attend interactive community panels like the “Tribute to Greenwood” and a special Fatherhood conversation with actor Lance Gross.
