Video game soundtracks have steadily grown in popularity over the last few decades and with the Grammy’s announcing in 2022 that video game soundtracks will receive their own category, it seems the value of this music is finally being recognized beyond its fan base. Come celebrate the Art of Video Game Music with the Wind Ensemble and Concert Choir at the Hammer Theater in downtown San José! The concert program will include music from Halo, Final Fantasy, Super Mario Bros., Journey, The Banner Saga, Civilization and more, in addition to consortium premieres of original works inspired by video games!
