Xtreme Hip Hop , a revamp of traditional step aerobics, combines synchronized music and cardio on an elevated platform. Featuring routines set to old and new school music, it’s designed to inspire movement while providing an intense and calorie- burning workout.
No equipment needed. Please wear athletic clothing and footwear + sweat towel. Come prepared to sweat. Bring a water bottle!
