Experience a musical celebration like no other at BANDthology, where three of Silicon Valley’s premier community bands—the San Jose Metropolitan Band, San Jose Wind Symphony, and San Francisco Brass Band—share the stage for the very first time! Enjoy an afternoon filled with the rich harmonies of a wind ensemble, the vibrant energy of a brass band, the pulse-quickening beat of an explosive percussion section, and much more. Hosted at the Hammer Theatre in Downtown San Jose , each ensemble will present a unique program, creating an immersive tapestry of sound that spans genres and generations. Join us for an exhilarating and historic afternoon, where each performance unfolds a new chapter in the thrilling anthology of wind and brass music!
To enhance the concert experience, we are excited to be featuring a “Wine and Nibbles Experience ” partnership with San Jose-based J. Lohr Vineyards (www.jlohr.com). A purchase of a “Wine and Nibbles Experience “ticket provides access to the Hammer Theater’s Curtain Call Cafe which will be open prior to the concert, between sets and at the conclusion of the concert where we will be pouring wine and providing small bites to concert attendees. The “Wine and Nibbles Experience” option may be purchased with your concert ticket order if you wish.
