Public Safety Town Hall Recap

The San Jose Downtown Association (SJDA) hosted a Public Safety Town Hall on Friday, August 8, at 6:00 p.m. at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The event was free and open to the public.
The Town Hall featured Mayor Matt Mahan and County Supervisor Betty Duong, who discussed current public safety challenges and community-focused solutions in Downtown San Jose. The discussion was moderated by SJDA Interim CEO, Gumby Marques.
Community members had the opportunity to submit questions in advance to help guide the conversation and ensure key topics were addressed.
