By attending an event or program organized or partnered by the San Jose Downtown Association, you are acknowledging and consenting to the possibility of photography, audio recording, and video recording taking place within the event premises.
Your entry into the event premises signifies your agreement to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, and to the unrestricted use, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media capturing your likeness, voice, and name. These recordings may be utilized for various purposes related to the San Jose Downtown Association and its endeavors, including but not limited to, online platforms, social media, news outlets, and promotional materials.
By entering the event premises, you are relinquishing any claims or rights you may have regarding the use of recorded media featuring you, including the right to inspect or authorize the content, and any claims for privacy invasion, defamation, copyright infringement, or compensation for the use of such media.
You acknowledge that all photography, filming, and recording activities will be conducted with the understanding and reliance upon this consent. If you do not wish to grant this consent, we kindly request that you refrain from entering the event premises.
