Downtown San Jose has been experiencing increased activity with new restaurant openings, incoming businesses, expanding leases, and other developments that keep our vibrant downtown in focus.
To track downtown activity, San Jose Downtown Association monitors key metrics such as foot traffic, business support, real estate trends, cleanliness and safety, beautification efforts, marketing and communications, events, tourism, transportation, housing, and advocacy. This data helps local stakeholders, community leaders, and residents stay informed about the state of Downtown San Jose.
The information in this dashboard is collected and updated on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
